Apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 pendant plus de 20 ans en tant que consultante sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en \u00e9tudes psycho-sociales, la souffrance de certains de mes proches m’a conduit \u00e0 chercher des solutions nouvelles. Car si les cocktails m\u00e9dicamenteux peuvent \u00eatre des b\u00e9quilles n\u00e9cessaires… ils ne soignent pas les blessures mais tentent de les contenir. Comme beaucoup de monde, je me suis sentie impuissante et perdue. Comment m’y prendre pour agir, venir en aide quand on ne comprend rien \u00e0 ce qui se passe et que tout part en vrille ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que faire face au stress, \u00e0 l’anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, au mal-\u00eatre diffus, \u00e0 l’angoisse et ses cons\u00e9quences sur le corps ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce d\u00e9sarroi a \u00e9t\u00e9 le point de d\u00e9part d’une qu\u00eate qui m’a fait d\u00e9couvrir un nouveau monde de th\u00e9rapies – dites de 4\u00e8me vague<\/a>– \u00a0naturelles, efficaces et bien plus rapides que les th\u00e9rapies classiques.\u00a0<\/strong> Leur point commun ? Appr\u00e9hender\u00a0nos \u00e9motions comme de puissants messagers\u00a0<\/strong>et se fonder sur\u00a0une vision holistique \u00ab\u00a0corps-esprit\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019humain<\/strong>. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 l’analyse, les raisonnements, l’interpr\u00e9tation et engager ce que nous sommes vraiment dans notre totalit\u00e9 et au plus profond de nous.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je me suis alors promis de me former, de faire conna\u00eetre l’hypnose, l’EMDR et l’EFT – socles de ma pratique actuelle – et d’en faire mon m\u00e9tier<\/p>\n\n\n\n
