On peut ainsi soigner des s\u00e9quelles traumatiques m\u00eame de nombreuses ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de<strong>\u00a02 millions de patients<\/strong>\u00a0dans le monde ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la th\u00e9rapie EMDR.<\/p>\n<p>La th\u00e9rapie EMDR a fait l\u2019objet de nombreuses \u00e9tudes scientifiques internationales.\u00a0<strong>Elle est reconnue dans le traitement du trouble de stress post traumatique par l\u2019OMS (2013), l\u2019INSERM (2004 et 2015) et la Haute Autorit\u00e9 de la Sant\u00e9 (2007).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-5 offset-md-1 p-0 order-1 justify-content-md-start align-items-center d-flex bg-transparent\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container-fluid section_soustitre bg-transparent py-2\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 mx-auto col-md-10 offset-md-1\">\n<h2 class=\"text-center font-bleu m-0\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: #666666;\">Les Troubles du Stress Post-Traumatique (TSPT) se d\u00e9veloppent apr\u00e8s un \u00e9v\u00e9nement extr\u00eamement traumatisant et se manifestent par sa reviviscence r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, accompagn\u00e9e de manifestations physiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9motion extr\u00eame ressentie que ce soit dans l\u2019enfance ou de la vie d\u2019adulte.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container-fluid section_texte bg-transparent py-3\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-10 mx-auto\">\n<div class=\"link-bleu text-decoration-hover\">\n<p>Le point commun est d\u2019avoir v\u00e9cu un \u00e9v\u00e8nement comme un facteur de stress intense ou d\u2019effroi, face auxquels la personne s\u2019est sentie impuissante.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019un traumatisme survient, le cerveau n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 traiter l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement dans tous ses aspects. Il reste fragment\u00e9 dans la m\u00e9moire et susceptible d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9activ\u00e9 par n\u2019importe quel fragment rencontr\u00e9 au quotidien. Il est \u00e0 la l\u2019origine des troubles qui s\u2019ensuivent dont les troubles de stress post-traumatique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container-fluid section_texte bg-transparent py-3\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-10 mx-auto\">\n<div class=\"link-bleu text-decoration-hover\">\n<p><strong>122 000 personnes en France sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9es souffrir de TSPT.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>25% des militaires ayant particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une guerre souffrent de TSPT.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container-fluid section_espacement pt-3 bg-transparent\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"container-fluid section_soustitre bg-transparent py-2\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 mx-auto col-md-10 offset-md-1\">\n<h2 class=\"text-center font-bleu m-0\">Quels sont les principaux sympt\u00f4mes ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container-fluid section_texte bg-transparent py-3\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-10 mx-auto\">\n<div class=\"link-bleu text-decoration-hover\">\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une souffrance morale et de complications physiques qui alt\u00e8rent profond\u00e9ment la vie personnelle, sociale et professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Ces manifestations sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des images, des pens\u00e9es, des cauchemars qui s\u2019imposent au patient de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9titive, involontaire et douloureuse. Parfois des flash-backs soudain le replongent dans le pass\u00e9, lui faisant revivre la sc\u00e8ne comme s\u2019il y \u00e9tait encore.<br \/>\nLe patient vit un \u00e9tat d\u2019angoisse, de stress permanent.<br \/>\nCette reviviscence survient spontan\u00e9ment, suite \u00e0 un stimulus (son, lieu, odeur\u2026) ou encore lorsque la vigilance est moindre (phase d\u2019endormissement).<br \/>\nElle entra\u00eene des manifestations \u00e9motionnelles douloureuses, de la peur, des sensations physiques d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables telles que sueurs, p\u00e2leur, tachycardie, raidissement\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Les pens\u00e9es, les discussions, les personnes, les lieux rappelant l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement traumatique peuvent \u00eatre syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e9vit\u00e9s : ce qui restreint consid\u00e9rablement la vie sociale, familiale, professionnelle.<\/li>\n<li>La tristesse, le manque de go\u00fbt et d\u2019\u00e9lan vital, l\u2019indiff\u00e9rence affective et \u00e9motionnelle sont souvent associ\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9tat de stress entra\u00eene un \u00e9tat d\u2019hypervigilance, des r\u00e9actions de sursaut, de l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9, des difficult\u00e9s de concentration, des troubles du sommeil\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tous ces troubles peuvent affecter et alt\u00e9rer s\u00e9v\u00e8rement la qualit\u00e9 de vie au quotidien du patient et de ses proches.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container-fluid section_espacement pt-3 bg-transparent\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"container-fluid section_soustitre bg-transparent py-2\" data-wpr-lazyrender=\"1\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 mx-auto col-md-10 offset-md-1\">\n<h2 class=\"text-center font-bleu m-0\">Comment se passe un traitement EMDR ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container-fluid section_texte bg-transparent py-3\" data-wpr-lazyrender=\"1\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-10 mx-auto\">\n<div class=\"link-bleu text-decoration-hover\">\n<p><strong>S\u00e9ances de pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9alables (2 \u00e0 4 environ)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration au traitement est indispensable. Les entretiens pr\u00e9liminaires permettent de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>construire une relation th\u00e9rapeutique de confiance avec son praticien,<\/li>\n<li>valider l\u2019indication de la th\u00e9rapie EMDR et de d\u00e9finir l\u2019objectif de la th\u00e9rapie,<\/li>\n<li>apprendre la pratique de moyens de stabilisation \u00e9motionnelle qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en cours de s\u00e9ance et pratiqu\u00e9s \u00e0 domicile entre les s\u00e9ances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9ances de traitement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le patient est pr\u00eat, le retraitement \u00e0 proprement parler, peut commencer.<\/p>\n<p>Les souvenirs perturbants \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la probl\u00e9matique du patient sont alors retrait\u00e9s, l\u2019un apr\u00e8s l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut parfois plusieurs s\u00e9ances pour traiter un seul souvenir.<\/p>\n<p>Le patient est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 se concentrer sur le souvenir traumatisant et toutes ses composantes (sensation, \u00e9motion, pens\u00e9e n\u00e9gative sur lui), puis \u00e0 suivre le mouvement des doigts du th\u00e9rapeute en laissant venir ce qui lui vient spontan\u00e9ment. Certaines autres stimulations bilat\u00e9rales peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est un processus de libre association des id\u00e9es, sensations, \u00e9motions, pens\u00e9es, qui se d\u00e9roule alors, comme lorsque nous r\u00eavons la nuit.<br \/>\nEntre chaque s\u00e9rie de stimulations, le patient dit ce qui lui vient spontan\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019esprit.<br \/>\nLe praticien continue les s\u00e9ries de stimulations jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le souvenir ne g\u00e9n\u00e8re plus de perturbation chez le patient.<\/p>\n<p>Le retraitement de ce souvenir se termine par l\u2019installation d\u2019une pens\u00e9e positive que de bonnes sensations corporelles confirment.<\/p>\n<p>Une s\u00e9ance d\u2019EMDR dure de 60 \u00e0 90 mn, et lorsqu\u2019elle se termine, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, le patient ressent une nette am\u00e9lioration.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les enfants, selon leur \u00e2ge, les s\u00e9ances de retraitement EMDR sont plus courtes.
